When unemployment is 7%

We are so used already high rates of unemployment than the lack of work seem to care only to those who suffer.

Therefore, a fearless government welcomes those months in which employment is not destroyed, as if 20% of unemployed are still many jobs to be destroyed.

We have resigned, therefore, to fate, and that our labor reform termination serves to facilitate rather than encourage employment. Unemployment has become an alternative lifestyle and subsidies in one form of income as if both conditions were normal and not an aberration.

How many years will be necessary in these conditions, so that unemployment is only 7%? Ten years, twenty? Or such an eventuality is not even possible given our stagnant industrial relations system?

If we fail to incorporate the labor market that 40% of young people in endemic unemployment, if not stop the bleeding of school failure, if not increase the productivity of about unmotivated workers, if not companies reorganized instead of promoting silly regulations employment and early retirement, we go directly to the disaster.

The most important way out of that vortex, to avoid a caste society with work or not, with hope or resignation, is distributed among all the sacrifices and do not endorse the weak, pensioners and civil servants.

That already happens in other countries with no labor protected species and in which employment and wages shared equally possible to attend at least 7% of the unemployed instead of wasting a terrible 20% unemployment.
