The Galleries of Babel

I looked up and saw a crack in the sky,
Saw inimitable ancient words, once written:
Then I looked down the tunnels in Babel
From broken balconies, I saw that there resided
Great books and works, once inaccessible
No reasonable mind can doubt the truth
The indefatigable ladders of words and stories
That this ancient library contained, perhaps those
Hidden words from the crack in the sky:
And everything was as if my mind was full of stars
An awakening odd has happened to me.
Once I started reading book after book
Page by page by page, word worm
Nothing but God, God Almighty,
I just would never again ...!
And then the sound chest
How do you spend eternal, besieging me
Until I turned the pages, again:
One by one, word for word, from book to book,
A never ending ...!

Las Galerías en Babel

East I mirada vi A grieta en el cielo,
There vez las palabras inimitables Antiguas A escritas:
Luego Miré abajo en sobre las Galerías Babel
Balcones derribados desde-que will alli residían
Libros y trabajos grandiosos, A vez inaccesibles
Ninguna Mind razonable podiums dudar de la verdad
Escaleras incansables e Historias de Las Palabras
Que esta library antigua-contenía talvez aquellas
Escondidas palabras en el cielo desde la grieta:
Todo esto era como ignition Mind I estuviera llena de estrellas
A despertar extraño ocurrió me.
A vez que empecé a grin, Tras book book
Página a página, por página, palabras interminables-
Sólo Dios, Dios Todopoderoso and optimism,
¡Siempre me bastaría otra vez ...!
Y entonces UN Ruido llenó I pecho
Como escaleras eternas, asediándome
Hasta que esas volteé Páginas, otra vez:
A A por, por palabras palabra, book to book,
¡A UN endless ...!
