How to Make Pancakes for celiacs
Coeliacs have many difficulties in obtaining suitable food for them without TACC, ie without wheat flour, no barley, no rye, no oats. In fact salty foods can be purchased at prices skyrocketing and food first homemade tasty never seen until after several attempts but the celiac needs food and if you are in search of a sweet food greatly increases the difficulty because everything is prepared fresh food with wheat flour which is a poison to your gut upset.
Similarly, it was often difficult as the homemade sweets for the same reason, ie meals are difficult to manipulate permitted if there is no relevant experience, which obviously takes after trying several times to achieve a good recipe for celiacs.
So here we will develop an easy recipe for pancakes or crepes which can then be filled with any candy either dulce de leche, jam and everything you like and can also be filled with ham and cheese for a salty food. To begin place in a bowl or container sifted cornstarch which we will add some eggs.
Mix the ingredients to homogenize beating them with a fork and add a pinch of salt and add water or milk we preferred the latter to make them more substantial, the amount needed to achieve the consistency of pancake batter. When ready the mixture in the pan put a little butter and put it on the fire to add a little of the mixture with a ladle as we would ordinary pancakes.
Once cooked caution aside what we turn with a paddle and if we have a lot of practice, we skip the pancake to fall on the opposite side and let it cook. So we are doing to fill pancake by pancake with sweet desire or salting to taste.
